Synopsis
Pa kong-kong is a mysterious slender man who lives alone in a desertic gloomy market in the suburbs of Dakar. He carries on his back a strange bag. No one knows what’s inside of it. Rumor has it, he’s a torturer, a children's kidnapper. At night, he walks with a terrifying monster-dog. Binta, a nine year-old curious and courageous girl, decides to confront him. In the middle of the night, she’s scared but determined. Determined to question her friends’ decision not to pick a girl as their leader. If she succeeds, she’ll be named the new leader.
